Please review all information carefully before submitting your registration. Learn to Skate is a group lesson program for ages 4 and up. Classes are on Saturdays at 10:00am (30 minutes) Practice time is available following the class from 10:45am - 12:15pm and is highly recommended. Classes run from June 28th through August 16th. No Classes on Saturday, July 5th. - THERE ARE NO MAKE UPS FOR MISSED CLASSES. - In the event of inclement weather please check "Important Updates" on www.icehutch.com for cancelations/changes. **** Please use this guide to register your beginner skater **** - New skaters ages 4-6 should register for Snowplow 1 - New skaters ages 7 & up should register for Basic 1 - Skate rental is included (if needed). - All skaters will be issued a name tag on their first day of class. The name tag must be worn every week to class and for admission to Public Skating. If the name tag is lost please request a replacement at the office. - Classes with 3 or less participants may be combined or canceled. -All start and end dates for classes can be found on the calendar at www.icehutch.com -All skating school students may practice on the Saturday public skating session (10:45am - 12:15pm) by showing their name tag. The public skating schedule is subject to change, so please check the website calendar for updates. Equipment: - Single blade skates are required and available for rental. *** HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SNOWPLOW CLASSES, BASIC 1 and HOCKEY SKATING CLASSES. THE SKATING SCHOOL DOES NOT PROVIDE HELMETS. *** - Mittens or Gloves - The rink temperature will vary. Layered clothing that does not restrict movement is recommended. - If you have new skates please make sure they are sharpened before first use. We do not not offer sharpening service on site. -No bare legs! Shorts, skirts, dresses are not permitted.
